At MUFFINS, every fragrance is crafted to be personal. Since perfumes are intimate, personal-use products, we follow a strict return policy to maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
We request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
All perfumes sold on the MUFFINS website are non-returnable once delivered.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Fragrance preference or personal taste
- Partial or full usage
- Skin sensitivity or allergic reactions due to individual body chemistry
- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
2. When Returns Are Accepted
Returns are accepted only in genuine and rare cases, such as:
- A wrong product delivered, or
- The product received is damaged, leaking, or broken at the time of delivery
Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be considered.
3. Conditions for Return Approval
To be eligible for return verification, the following are mandatory:
- Clear photos of the outer packaging and the product
- A continuous unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Return requests without proper evidence may be rejected.
4. Replacement or Refund
Once the issue is verified:
- A free replacement will be shipped, or
- A refund will be issued if replacement stock is unavailable
The final decision to replace or refund rests solely with MUFFINS after verification.
5. Return Shipping
- Approved returns will be arranged by MUFFINS
- Customers should not ship products back without confirmation
- Unauthorized or self-shipped returns will not be accepted
6. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted in cases including but not limited to:
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Missing or incomplete unboxing video
- Product found used, tested, or tampered with
- Minor outer packaging dents without product leakage
- Courier delays or force majeure events beyond our control
